Nick is a criminal lawyer in Squamish, BC. He provides legal representation to individuals accused of every type of offence, from motor vehicle tickets to serious crimes. Nick takes the time to listen carefully and provide guidance through what can often be a stressful process, all while fighting vigourously for the best possible outcome for each client.

Nick is proud to accept referrals from Legal Aid BC and to offer fair, upfront pricing to those who don’t qualify for legal aid.

Nick has lived in Squamish since 2007. After completing his law degree at the University of British Columbia in 2018, he articled and then practiced at a leading criminal defence firm in Campbell River where he appeared as counsel in the BC Provincial and Supreme Courts and assisted with appeals to the BC Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Canada.

When not in the courtroom, Nick can often be found out on the local trails, cliffs or up in the mountains.
